WHAT AIRPORT SHOULD I FLY INTO?
Burbank Airport (BUR) is 30 miles from Westlake Village, which is approximately a 50-75 minute drive with light traffic. Los Angeles International (LAX) is 40 miles from Westlake Village, which is 60-120 minutes (both depending on traffic). Please book flights to arrive before the workshop begins. *We recommend arriving the day before.
SHOULD I RENT A CAR?
It is optional. You can either rent a car or use UBER/LYFT as all activities will be either at our very near the hotel.
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE REGISTRATION FEE?
The fee inlcudes the Workshop Admission Fee, Event Materials, Lunch and Dinner.
Note: You will be responsible for Hotel Room (Discount Room Block available until Jan 29), Breakfast, & Transportation To and From the Hotel.
WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE??
We advise that you arrive the evening of the 19th as we will begin the workshop approximately 9am on the 20th. Please be sure any flights have proper consideration of LA traffic.
